Ferretti Yachts 500 is a flybridge of 15.33 meters that must be configured as a set: two Cummins, tanks, electric loads, night layout and blanket equipment change weights and management. Mission of use before optional
The capitulate starts from routes, nights in satin, usual people, ports and periods of stop. Each option is recorded with mass, location, absorption, maintenance and documents. A useful equipment for long stays can be superfluous in a daily output program; the correct choice keeps margin for load, energy and accessibility.
The final distinction also includes tenders, cambuses, personal effects and liquids. The 3,500 kg between vacuum and full load are not an indistinct space to occupy: they must cover everything that the definition of load provided by the yard includes.
Two Cummins QSB 6.7 as full package
That's not enough. The file identifies serial numbers, gearboxes, reports, axes, propellers, commands, tools and software. The test starts cold and compares the two sides for turns, load, pressure, temperature and consumption. A stable difference requires diagnosis, not a correction with levers.

Government stations are tested separately and in the passage of the command. Indications of engines, thyme, alarms and navigation must be consistent. We control visibility, ergonomics, alarm priority and dimming, then simulate a controlled sensor loss and reboot.
Any manoeuvre aids belong to the specific configuration and must be identified by model, protection and limits. The test includes repeated use, voltage drop and procedure in case of unavailability.
Flybridge: weight, drainage and safety

Operations are simulated with real tops and fenders. The control includes lighting, drainage, shower, closures and access to technical rooms.
Salon and continuity with the kitchen
The relationship between well, kitchen and living room determines flows and loads. You try the service with sitting people, doors in different positions and appliances in operation. Drawers, refrigerators and heavy objects require closures suitable for navigation.
The windows increase the solar load. Air conditioning and ventilation are evaluated with sun and closed doors, measuring temperature, humidity, absorption and condensation discharge.
Layout night at two or three cabins
The yard offers a choice that changes storage, circulation and number of beds. The signed plan must correspond to the specimen, escape routes and openings. The evaluation is not limited to the size of beds: simulates luggage, linen, night access and simultaneous use of services.
Each removable panel is opened. Equipment and valves must not become unreachable behind furniture or mattresses.
Tank and acoustic control
The cabin in the centre of the boat should be observed with engines, generators, pumps and air conditioning in realistic combinations. The 600 litres of water declared feed guests and services. The test opens multiple utilities together and controls pressure, temperature, pump noise and drainage. Tank, autoclave, filters, valves and any additional equipment must be accessible and shown in the scheme.
In the bathrooms there is ventilation, seals, drains and absence of returns. The file distinguishes nominal capacity and can be used in addition to sanitization and remittance procedures.

Energy from dock, batteries and charging
The exemplary’s electrical system identifies tensions, sockets, protections, chargers, batteries and any inverter. The test measures tension and temperature under load, then checks the passage between dock and onboard sources. Two devices powered by the same circuit are not true redundancy.
Profiles for navigation, shaving and night list essential and deferable loads. In this way the electric autonomy is calculated on the delivered configuration.
Electronics, sensors and software versions
Display, radar, AIS, GNSS, autopilot, levels and alarms must be invented with model, serial number, licenses and version. The test compares the information between stations and disconnects one component at a time to see what remains available.
Backup configurations, administrative credentials and upgrade procedure are delivered to the owner. A future update must be traceable and reversible.
Air conditioning and thermal budget
The installed power and air distribution belong to the separate exemplar. The test with closed environments measures stabilization time, differences between premises, condensation, noise and absorption. Bags and returns should not be obstructed by the furnishings.
Filters, pumps and drains must be reached. Preventive maintenance is more effective when delivery temperatures and absorptions become a comparison basis.
Fire and remote arrests
Revelation, extinction, ventilation and fuel interception occur according to the certified configuration. Position and expiry of each component enter the register. Remote arrests are tested in an agreed procedure without compromising security.
The crew must be able to recognize alarms, close the power supply and reach the exits. Synthetic instructions should be placed where they serve, not only stored in manuals.
Inventory of spare parts and assistance
Filters, impellers, belts, fluids, fuses and sensors are chosen according to routes and times of supply. Each replacement is associated with code, apparatus and storage position. Manuals, serial numbers, installers and guarantees must describe the ship delivered.
