External kitchen and simultaneous loads

The kitchen in the well concentrates water, cold, possible cooking and storing near the steps. Drawers and doors must remain closed with roll and acceleration. Hot equipment requires space, ventilation and protection from guests in movement. The sink is controlled, the refrigerator is kept and the electrical arrest is reached.
