Honda Marine presents the new range 4XC FRP in Genoa, with seven models of fiberglass

The new Honda Marine 4XC FRP range debuted at the Boat Show Genoa International, where the brand presented seven models in fiberglass designed in synergy with the Italian construction site BMA. The marketing is scheduled from November, exclusively through the Honda network in Europe. The range, which covers a range of sizes and uses, aims to create a common identity between hull and propulsion, with the Honda Marine brand directed on boats for the first time.

An integrated project for boat and motor

The 4XC design philosophy is based on the idea of combining design and performance in one product. The seven models, ranging from 5.88 to 9,10 meters, are developed to be matched specifically to Honda Marine outboards, with engines starting from the BF40E and arriving, on the larger model, to the configuration with two BF300. The collaboration with BMA has allowed this philosophy to be brought to a further level, creating a common identity between the boat and the propulsive system.

The 4XC FRP range is a step forward in the strategy of Honda Marine, which aims to offer integrated and customized nautical experiences.

Seven models for different needs

The family 4XC FRP is divided into two categories: Open Center Console and Cabin Sundeck. The first includes four models, including H188 (5.88 metres), H200 (6.58 metres), H244 (7.50 metres) and H266 (8.20 metres). The second, however, includes three models: the H255 (7.65 meters), the H277 (8.20 meters) and the H299 (9.10 meters), the latter the largest and most powerful model of the range. The H299, with a length of more than nine meters, can accommodate up to 12 people and provides a maximum installed power of 600 CV thanks to the pair of Honda BF300.

The choice of Genoa for the world launch allowed Honda Marine to present in a single context the entire philosophy of the project, showing not only the new hulls, but above all the way they were designed to dialogue with the range of engines of the brand. During the Salone, the public also had the opportunity to book tests at sea to verify directly the behaviour, handling and performance of the new packages.

A strategic partnership with BMA

The new family therefore consolidates the collaboration between Honda Marine and BMA, brand belonging to the Ribitaly group together with BWA. William Breventani, CEO of Ribitaly, commented: “To unite our hulls with distinctive design to Honda’s legendary engineering excellence under the Honda Marine brand creates a powerful synergy that will set a new benchmark for the market. ” The strategic partnership with BMA has created a unique product, in which design and propulsion speak the same language. The commercialization of the 4XC FRP range will be exclusive for Honda engines and will be available from November through the official network of the manufacturer. This choice allows you to combine service, warranty and after-sales support under one commercial structure, using the Honda dealer network in Europe. For the customer it means buying not only a hull equipped with a Honda outboard, but a package developed and distributed as an integrated solution.
