The Majesty 120 is a 37.50 meters composite superyacht with 8.44 meters, about 235 tons, six guest cabins and three crew cabins. Two CAT C32B 2,400 bhp, 29,700 liters of fuel, two 70 kW generators, beach club and garage require a configuration built for systems, not an optional sum.
This guide organizes declared data, decisions and delivery tests. It is not a test at sea and does not invent speed, consumption or autonomy. The expert reader will instead find the method to bind propulsion, energy, water, air conditioning, kitchen, dinghy and crew to the real mission of the specimen.

Define the mission of 120
Before the configurator serve numbers: twelve guests or not, private use or charter, consecutive days in rada, climate, annual miles, tender, water toy and assistance ports. These requirements determine generators, cooling capacity, desalination, stabilization, spare parts and organization of shifts.
Each option must have mass, position, power, heat produced and maintenance access. A function that does not solve a requirement nevertheless adds complexity. The capitulate then becomes a matrix of addictions and not a annotated list.
Two C32Bs as a complete chain
The two CAT C32B 2,400 bhp work with gearboxes, axis lines, propellers, cooling, drains and control. Freshmen, relationships, diameter and pitch must coincide with the documents of the specimen. Electronic versions are recorded before testing.
The stabilized systems compare turns, load, pressure, temperature and consumption indicated on both sides. Persistent deviations require diagnosis. After the return, we control oils, seals, supports, alignments and residual temperatures, creating a maintenance baseline.
The test curve
The test records conditions, load, sea, wind, turns, speed, consumption, trim, vibration and noise. Each point is stabilized and, when possible, repeated on reciprocal routes. The result belongs to the specimen and cannot be replaced by a figure obtained with another boat.
You will find economic regime, operational cruise and thermal margin without turning the maximum into habit. Clean skin, water temperature and tank levels remain in the minutes, so data can be compared in the future.
Twenty nine thousand seven hundred liters
The nominal capacity does not coincide with the usable fuel. Bottom, reserve, generators and trim reduce the liters for route. Tanks, transfers, valves, returns, vents, prefilters and drainages must appear in a pattern consistent with onboard labels.
Indicators are calibrated at multiple levels. Measured supplies and observed consumption build the real curve of autonomy, with an agreed reserve and a margin for deviations. The contamination procedure must also indicate isolation, sampling and restoration.
Social and operational pruning
The bow accommodates sittings and sunbathings, but must retain access to anchors, winches and peaks. Rada and navigation configuration are documented separately. Tables, cushions and covers have hold and hold, while tientibene and surfaces try with wet bridge.
The view from the bridge is controlled with people and tents in the real position. Drainage, closures and gavones are subjected to water. Lighting and controls remain legible without dazzling those who rule at night.

Bridge of stern and mooring

Actuators, drains and sensors are tested for cycles. Solar protection must be evaluated together with the thermal load of the interior. Corridors, parapets and emergency routes remain clear in each configuration.

Salon and thermal load
Large glass surfaces increase light and solar gain. The climate is tested with sun, twelve simulated guests, lighting, kitchen and active electronics. Temperature, humidity, absorption and noise are recorded in multiple points.
Towels, glues, doors and drainages are subjected to water proof before and after navigation. Furniture and panels must not transfer deformations or prevent access to systems. Curtains and obscurants have a security position.

Shipowner's Suite
The suite is included in the acoustic baseline with engines, generators, climate and pumps in repeatable combinations. Ventilation, condensation, obscuring and escape routes are controlled. Windows and portholes receive a seal test after the hull worked at sea.
Bed, cabinets and furnishings must leave access to valves, joints and technical panels. Boots are evaluated full, because luggage and linen cannot turn plant premises into deposits.

Six cabins and twelve guests
The number of cabins becomes a problem of hotel capacity: air, hot water, drains, energy and service. Each room keeps ventilation, sockets, emergency lighting, storage and escape route. The contractual plan must coincide with the example.
There are more showers and washbasins together, observing pressure, temperature, smells and waste. A well finished cabin but difficult to maintain or evacuate does not exceed functional testing.

Professional kitchen
Kitchen, cold cells, dishwasher, aspiration and laundry determine electric peaks and heat. The budget considers simultaneous use, initiation and margin. Each appliance must be isolated without interrupting unrelated services.
The flow from reception of supplies to service and refusal is simulated. Shelves and drawers have held; ventilation and drains are fully tested. The cambusa is dimensioned on mission days, not on the only available volume.

Beach club, garage and tender
Beach clubs and garages must be configured as a single system with platform, doors, cradles and winches. Weight, size and center of gravity of the tender enter the contract. Varo and recovery try with people in the planned positions.
Actuators, sensors, stops, drains, ventilation and emergency arrests are controlled. Water toy and batteries require dedicated chargers and protections. The boot cannot block pumps or manual controls.

Two 70 kW generators
The generators are individually and together. The test includes load grip, transfer, synchronization, sudden loss of a machine and controlled return. Climate, cooking, charging and services are activated in the most demanding combinations.
Redundancy is only real if it does not depend on a single tank, painting, ventilation or vulnerable cooling circuit. Hours, maintenance, spare parts and accesses are recorded. Noise and drains are measured in the nearest cabins.
Fresh water and dissection
The 6,366 liters of fresh water must be translated into days, people and consumption. The dissalator is tested for flow, quality, absorption and stability, including prefilters and conservation procedures. Tank indicators are calibrated.
Pumps and boilers work with more active utilities. Pressure loss, abnormal cycles and hot water delays are recorded. The shaving procedure establishes when producing water and which reserve does not use.
Grigie, black and treatment
The 2,613 litres for grey water and 2,998 for black require vents, sensors, valves and documented treatment. Level alarms are activated in test. Downloads and connections must comply with the planned operating area.
More utilities are simulated to verify refluxes and smells. Each valve is identified and accessible. The register clarifies who authorizes unloading or transfer, eliminating dependence on informal crew knowledge.
Integrated bridges and networks
The map features sensors, switches, gateways, antennas and shared power supplies. Radar, AIS, GNSS, autopilot, VHF, alarms, cameras and engine data are classified by criticality. Redundancies must be demonstrated, not deduced by the number of screens.
A display, source and power branch are safely lost. Configurations, versions and passwords are delivered to the owner. Updates follow backups, logs and restore options.
Stabilization and degraded procedures
Pins and fixers are tested under the conditions allowed by the manufacturer, comparing active and deactivated response. Absorptions, temperatures and alarms enter the minutes. Maintenance includes appendices, actuators, seals and electronics.
The crew must know behavior with a fault sensor or a system excluded. Stabilization, government and propulsion cannot impart ambiguous commands. Manual procedures are also available in network loss.
Equipment as operating system
Three crew cabins do not exhaust the theme. Meals, laundry, storages, rest and service routes determine the quality of the operation. Realistic turns and separation from guests reduce errors and improve service continuity.
Each station has communications, lighting and escape routes. The canteen is included in the climate and consumption budget. Manuals and verification sequences must be used by those who are in turn, not only by the commander.

Machine room and accessibility
Filters, impellers, valves, pumps, batteries, discharges and separators are achieved with the necessary tools. Labels and patterns must use the same nomenclature. The removal path for larger components is checked before acceptance.
With full load machinery, ventilation, temperature, noise and alarms are measured. Clean hair makes the threads visible. Initial analysis of fluids, when expected, complete the baseline.
Cybersecurity and Remote Control
Remote access, Wi-Fi, automation and entertainment must have clear boundaries with respect to navigation systems. Worksite accounts are revised to the transfer of ownership; passwords and associated devices are invented.
A loss of connectivity must not compromise essential functions. Updates and assistance follow authorization, operating window, backup and final verification. Remote alarms have target, escalation and defined action.
delivery controls
The delivery is divided into documents, port, navigation and final inspection. Certificates, freshmen, weights, schemes and software are compared to the installed. In the port we try controlled utilities and faults; in the sea we build curves and baseline; in return we look for losses and loosening.
Each relief is responsible, expiry and evidence. The test is repeated after correction. Photos, logs, measurements and configurations remain in the technical file, along with the list of the initial spare parts.
Configure without overloading
Majesty 120 already has the scale to face complex cruises. Adding equipment without a mission matrix is likely to reduce weight, accessibility and reliability. Propulsion, energy, water, stabilization, dinghy and crew must be dimensioned as a set.
The best configuration is what can be explained, measured and maintained. An instrumental testing does not reduce the pleasure of the yacht: it gives the owner the control necessary to use his 37.50 meters, instead of administering a collection of disconnected systems.
