The PY Yacht PY90 test must start from the ordered version. Sport and Open share declared dimensions, cabin and capacity, but otherwise organize the stern. The boat measures 9,60 for 3,50 meters, weighs 2,400 kilograms in the card entry and admits a maximum power of 500 hp. The verification sequence always separates published data, standard and optional equipment, avoiding attributing to the single unit components or performance not verified.
Identification and delivery distinction
Number of hulls, plate, version, engines, props, controls and batteries are recorded before testing. The separate indicates what is standard, what is optional and the devices added by the installer. Manuals and serials must match the components present. The photos of dashboard, gavones, cabin and engine compartment create a reference for maintenance and disputes. No voice is closed only because it appears in a promotional photo.

Engines and mounting
The card indicates only the total power limit. The number of outboards, masses, mounting heights and propellers must therefore be derived from the approved configuration. They control plates, bolts, seals, wires, pipes and freedom of wiring. Model and serial of each engine enter the minutes. Speed and consumption are only noted if measured with load, regime and declared conditions.
Steering and controls
Hydraulic rudder is listed as optional, while steering wheel and switch panel are standard. The test identifies the actual system, complete stroke verification, fittings, pipes and absence of losses. Accelerator and inverter must work without impurities. The central driving place is tried sitting and standing, controlling visibility, windshield, compass and access to arrests. Added devices should not create magnetic interference or hide alarms.
Fuel: 350 liters are not autonomy
Bocchettone, cap, vent, reservoir, socket, filters and lines towards the engines. Odours, abrasions or un inspectable points require correction. The level indicator is compared with known quantities without assuming absolute precision. Autonomy arises from measured consumption, the established reserve and conditions, not from isolated capacity. The full enters the test mass and the distribution of the loads.
Water, autoclaves and showers
Water capacity is 100 liters. Autoclave, sink and outdoor shower poppiera are standard; the cabin includes bathroom sink and ceiling shower. It fills the circuit, it tests every user and it occurs that the pump stops at closed taps. Joints, pipes and drains remain dry. The front shower in the compartment is optional and is only tested if present in the separate.
Batteries, frame and double detachment
The yard declares two detachments. The minutes identify the number, type and capacity of the delivered batteries, protections, sections of the cables and connections. Each circuit must have a consistent label and fuse or switch. There is evidence of isolation under the conditions provided by manuals. The battery charger is optional: if installed requires schema, input, protection and proof performed by competent personnel.
Sentina, drainage and gavones
The immersion bilge pump is standard. They localize aspiration, dispatch and discharge, so you perform a controlled test by recording boot mode and observable flow without inventing values. Prodier and poppier gavones are checked after water tests. Peaks and equipment should not block drainages or floats present. Pistons and closures keep the doors stable during inspection.
Verricello and anchor circuit
500 W Smart Plus chain and winch are declared standard. Fixing, protection, control, recovery and placement of the chain in the range occurs. Contacatena and additional prodiero command are distinct optional. The system is tested without people in the risk zone and following the manual. The optional shower of the compartment, if mounted, should not wet electrical connections or protections.
Cabin and bathroom
The undercover is described with internal height of about 1,80 meters, electric toilet, sink and shower. The measure is verified on the specimen, as well as ventilation, lighting and access. The WC is tested according to the actual circuit, identifying valves, drains and tanks without assuming the presence. LED lights are declared; elliptical porthole and teak inner lining are optional and must appear in the distinct.
Kitchen cabinet under the seat
The double seat incorporates a multifunctional case with stoves, stainless steel sink and refrigerator. They control opening, stops, ventilation and access to plants. The cooking plan requires identification of the installed system and specific procedures; it is not used before the technical verification. The refrigerator also appears among the optional ones, so configuration and presence must be clarified contractually instead of assuming that each specimen is identical.
Lights, trumpet and optional equipment
Navigation lights, 360 degree backlight and trumpet are standard. Each command is tried separately and the light field remains free from tents or structures. Garmin GPS, VHF, transducer, stereo, courtesy lights and underwater are optional. Brand, model, serial, protection and manual of each device are recorded, along with the electrical load introduced.
Open version: table and transformation
The Open uses a C dinette with a folding telescopic table, convertible into a sunbathing. The movement is tested in all positions, controlling supports, locks, wiring of any electrical base and freedom of access. Bearings and removed elements must have dedicated storage. The transformation cannot hinder a ladder, shower, motors or an emergency command.
Sport version: seats, sunbathing and gavones
In Sport the poppiera area consists of two seats, a large sunbathing and a gavone below. The control starts from the correspondence between the distinta and the kitchens, then it affects hinges, pistons, stops and full opening of the door. The compartment is observed dry and after the tests of the circuits, without obstructing any drainage. Heavy or free objects cannot be placed near piping and wiring. With motors steering in extreme positions it happens that seats, doors and people do not enter the zone of movement. The test includes passage to the ladder and access to the double shower. The capacity of the gavone is not estimated by the photographs: only the actual space and the load distribution allowed by the documents of the unit is recorded.
Cooking plan: identification before use
The hob is listed among standard equipment, but the page does not describe technology, power supply or circuit components. The delivery must therefore identify apparatus, manual, commands, interceptions and real installation. It is not presumed to have a cylinder, a vain or a specific pipe until they have been verified. The technician controls fastening, furniture stops, aeration required by the manufacturer and freedom from mobile materials. The test only follows the instructions of the appliance and is suspended if documentation or accesses are not clear. In order to control, the system remains in the condition provided by the manual. This verification correctly separates the equipment declared by the technical characteristics that the yard has not published in the model sheet.
Scaletta, poppiera shower and ski route
Retractable heater and double shower are declared standard. The ladder is opened and closed by controlling blocks, steps, grips available and interference with engines or stern fittings. A second retractable ladder and the handles for the lift from the sea are among the optional, so they must be recognized in the distinct when present. The shower circuit is tested together with the autoclave, observing tap, pipe, housing and water discharge. The route from the sea to the cockpit must remain practicable both on the Sport and on the Open, even with table or sun set up. The minutes photograph the positions of use and storage and note any items to move before the lift.
Bow propeller and optional commands
The bow propeller appears in the optional list and cannot be attributed to any PY90. When ordered, the control identifies model, power supply, protection, command and inspection access. It is pulsed under the conditions indicated by the manufacturer, verifying response and signals without turning the option into a promise of manoeuvrability. Also prodiero command of the winch and watermelon are separate options: their presence, position and calibration enter the distinct. Each command must be recognizable and protected by involuntary drive according to the documentation of the apparatus. The coordinated test of propeller, winch and utilities avoids confusing different circuits and records tension or alarms only when measured with appropriate tools.
Charger and power from dock
The 220 V charger is optional. When installed, a competent technician finds input, protections, planned land connection, cable section and compatibility with the battery group actually delivered. Before connecting the dock you can consult manual and schematic; after the connection you will find indications of the appliance and absorptions without opening tension parts. The detachment test is performed in the only allowed combinations. The record distinguishes the current system from power-powered network voltage utilities and records the battery charger's brand, model and serial number. In the absence of the option, predispositions or functions are not required: the check sequence simply notes that the item does not belong to the delivered configuration.
Programmed maintenance and intervention register
The ranges come from the manuals of motors and apparatuses present, not from a periodic invented for the model. The log shows date, hours if available, component, control, spare and responsible. Before the season there are lights, trumpet, bilge, winch, rudder, batteries, autoclave, WC, showers and transformations of the stern. After testing, rooms and joints are inspected to detect moisture or loosening. Before the remittance we document the condition of the batteries, levels, chests, tents and position of the mobile systems according to the instructions received. Later photographs allow you to compare wiring, piping and fixing over time. A change to electronics, audio or lighting updates schema, electrical balance and distinct before the new functional test.
Test in documented water
The minutes record people, liquids, engines, propellers, wind and sea. Starting, cooling, triggers, steering, vibrations, trim and alarms are observed. Commercial declarations on sports and comfort are not converted into numbers. Only instruments and known conditions allow to annotate speed and consumption. A result belongs to the tried boat and is not extended to other configurations.
Closure of delivery
Each anomaly receives responsibility and term. Schemes, manuals, serials, photographs and spare parts complete the file. Engines, batteries, bilge, tanks, gas, winch, cabin and electronics receive consistent intervals with their respective manufacturers. The PY90 is accepted only when separate and unit coincide, all ordered functions have been tested and no missing data has been replaced by a hypothesis.
