Configuring the Bluegame BG64 requires you to transform the site data into a verifiable distinction. The model measures 20 meters outside everything, uses two Volvo Penta D13 IPS1050 and offers a bridge below two or three cabins with four declared bunks. This guide does not describe a proof of editing: it organizes controls on propulsion, tanks, plants, layout and delivery using only official information and document requests.

Fix the hull number and revision
Each control must refer to the specific unit. Number of construction, general design, layout and layout must appear with date or revision index. A commercial table does not show that pipes, cabling and accesses are those of the specimen. Versions approved during construction must update documents and weights. Before testing it is best to create a single index that connects each diagram to the installed component, avoiding discovering on board that a manual belongs to a different version.
D13 IPS1050 package
The official page contains two Volvo Penta D13 IPS1050 from 588 kW each and does not list an alternative. The quote must specify engines, transmissions, propellers, commands, tools and software included. In delivery there are serial numbers, hours, guarantees and interventions already performed. At cold engines, alarms and losses are observed; with progressive systems, temperatures and values of the two lines are compared. Any different configuration requires a construction document, not a deduction.
Access to maintenance points
Effective inspection is not limited to watching the technical room. You need to reach filters, valves, batteries, sea sockets, levels and points provided by manuals. There is also the possibility to remove components without demolishing furniture. Doors and panels must remain usable with the final layout and with materials. The check sequence notes space for tools, lighting, labels and lifting routes. If an ordinary control is uncomfortable, it tends to be postponed and increases the operating risk.

Performance test without promises
Bluegame declares 28 maximum knots and 25 cruise, with tolerance of five percent. NauticMag does not present them as detected values. The protocol must fix load, levels, people, sea, wind and state of the hull. At each regime there are stabilized speeds, turns, temperatures, alarms and consumer indications available. The test includes acceleration and deceleration without chasing an occasional tip. The deviations meant only if the agreed conditions were respected and documented.
From half load to full load
The displacement passes from 38 tons to half load to 46 full load, with tolerance of five percent. Before adding equipment you build a list with weight and position. Fuel, water, people, luggage and equipment must be considered in the condition of use. The test reports the actual levels and does not use vague formulas. Compare two tests without knowing the load can produce incorrect conclusions on speed, trim and behavior. The following changes should be recorded in the same budget.

Fuel circuit to map
The total declared capacity is 3,000 litres. The unit card must indicate how many tanks are present, where they are located and how they are connected. They identify vents, vents, valves, filters, sensors and possibility of insulation or transfer. During test refuelling, quantity and indicators are compared, controlling odours and losses. Autonomy is calculated after having obtained documented consumption and having chosen a reserve; the nominal capacity is not enough to plan a route.
Fresh water: capacity and distribution
The 700 liters declared must be read together with the usual number of guests and the users actually ordered. The verification sequence identifies tanks, pumps, storage, heating, filters and emptying points. Test each tap, observing pressure stability and abnormal cycles. Panels and valves must be reached without removing extended furniture. Sanification and remittance procedures must be delivered in writing. Any equipment not listed in the official source shall be confirmed in the separate document.

Grey and black waters separated
Bluegame indicates 330 liters for grey waters and as many for blacks. The circuits must be recognizable by schema and labels. Tanks, pumps, vents, sensors, valves and suction points are located in the dock. Level alarms must be tested by agreed method, while discharges and commands must correspond to the applicable rules and configuration delivered. Accessibility is essential for cleaning and replacement. A hidden sensor behind complex panels makes diagnosis more difficult.
Two or three cabins: changing the circuits
The official tables show a two-cabin version and one-three, both associated with four declared bunks. The choice variant can change routes, ventilation, services, storage and technical access. The file must then report exactly the lower bridge built. At the same time, you can check heights and openings and check valves and inspections. The number of cabins does not allow to increase beds beyond the published data.

Upper deck and mobile configurations
The deck is indicated by the construction site as an extension of the freedom and comfort of the BG range. In the sequence of verifications it becomes a set of concrete elements: stairs, hooks, seats, kitchens, drains, lighting and storing. Every transformation is both in a position of use and in navigation configuration. Tables and mobile parts must have precise locks and seats. Wet surfaces can be controlled by water intake and outflow. The layout must not hide doors or interrupt operational paths.
Electric panels and load balance
The official source does not publish tensions, capacity of batteries, generators or inverters. This data should not be invented. Before the order, an electric budget is required for the selected equipment, distinguishing start-up, services and emergency. In delivery there are protections, labels, voltage falls, accessibility and consistency with the patterns. Any added user must appear in the calculation and procedures. The availability of a command does not show that the system is dimensioned for the contemporary use of all devices.

Ventilation of technical and residential premises
The two D13s require ventilation in accordance with the installed configuration; cabins and living areas need the replacement provided by the project. The verification sequence does not attribute to the BG64 unlisted devices: it identifies sockets, extractors, filters, alarms and commands really present. During a progressive test, temperatures, smells and noises are observed, comparing them with limits and manuals. Filters must be cleaned without dismantling. Doors and panels should not accidentally reduce air passages.
Government and communications
The verification of the posting takes place seated at the actual quotas, with light tools and people in the passages. They control mountings, reflections, winding, ventilation, legibility and accessibility of controls. In maneuver, communication is evaluated with bow and stern. Cameras or sensors, if present in the separate, are tested as aids and do not replace the direct view. Each alarm must have understandable meaning and procedure. The settings of the seat must be tested by those who will usually lead the boat.

bank verification sequence
On a steady boat there are power supply from land, loading, pumps, lights, indicators, hydraulic utilities, doors and drains. Cold start is documented with engine hours and battery status. The low-range rudder is tested, along with the emergency controls provided by the unit. Paths and compartments must be dry and inspectable. Each anomaly receives number, description, private and responsible photography. One point does not close with a verbal explanation, but with a new evidence recorded.
sequence of verifications in navigation
The test proceeds by stages, letting the readings stabilize. Loading, levels, conditions, turns, speed and temperatures are noted. Slow manoeuvre, reverse, acceleration, deceleration and virates are carried out compatible with safety and agreed programme. Rumors and vibrations are associated with regimen and position. Mobile objects must remain in the planned configuration. After the return we repeat controls of bilge, pod and circuits, because some losses or anomalies become visible only warm.

Optional and shipowner supplies
The final distinction must separate standard, optional, replacements and materials provided by the shipowner. For each voice you need brand, model, quantity, location and interfaces. Changes must update patterns, weights, manuals and spare parts. The photographs of a demonstrative specimen do not define what will be delivered. Before the balance, the separate devices are physically reconciled and serial and guarantees are recorded. Any equipment not supported by documents remains an open request, not an acquired fact.
Documents and initial spare parts
The file includes applicable statements, owner's manual, updated schematics, layout, inventory, serials and guarantees. It must also include digital keys, codes and accesses, as well as initial exchanges agreed. Revisions are dated and associated with the number of hulls. Commander and assistance must be able to locate a component without relying on a different standard boat. An organized copy remains on board and a second is kept by the shipowner; future changes follow the same criterion.
Final minutes of the BG64
The delivery closes when each intended function has been tested and each document has been reconciled. The record distinguishes defects, adjustments, deferred jobs and changes required by the shipowner. Each relief has an expiry and acceptance criterion. For the BG64 the central points are IPS1050 package, weight balance, two or three cabin layout, four bunks and four circuit capacity. This method preserves the technical historian and reduces ambiguity between yard, seller, suppliers and owner.
Correct order of decisions
The recommended sequence starts from the mission: number of guests, duration of the exits, usual ports and maintenance available. There are layouts, loads, separate devices and verification of mooring. Only after closing finishes and accessories. Before delivery, we update patterns and weights, then we carry out tests of dock and navigation with written criteria. The BG64 offers flexible architecture, but flexibility only produces value when each choice is documented, accessible and consistent with real use.
