The test must report the engine’s declared weight in the specific version, battery mass and controls, mounting height, fixing torque and emergency stop device presence.

Mechanical steering and freedom of movement

The equipment described includes steering system, steering wheel and cable. Automatic and manual bilge pump

The pump can be controlled in automatic and manual mode; the circuit provides protection from 10 A. The test must simulate the raising of water in controlled quantities, verify the automatic start, then the manual command and finally the external discharge. A noise of the electric motor does not demonstrate flow: bent tube, closed valve or obstructed output can prevent expulsion.

Three drainage systems

The drainage includes well circuit, exhaust of the engine compartment and bilge circuit. Sentry valve: correct position

The bilge valve must be well closed when the boat is in water and open when it is out of the water. This indication should be reported in delivery and made understandable to those who use the medium. Accessibility, sealing, position reporting and absence of foreign bodies are controlled. The valve should not be confused with the drains of the well, which follow a different logic.

Tubular and inflating sequence

The tubular U is divided into three rooms. First, the two rear compartments are inflated and then the prodiero compartment, initially without reaching the operating pressure; only after that it takes each room to 0.2 bar. The control must be repeated at stabilized temperature. The boat should not be used with pressure higher than the nominal and each valve must retain cap and seal.

The manual considers airtight compartments that hold the shape for eight hours. In an ordered test the initial pressure is measured, temperature and time are noted and reading is repeated. The maximum configuration includes lights on the prodier step, poppiera rod and white light. Power, seal, orientation and mechanical stability are proven. The rod may include a tow point, which is distinguished from the points for lifting or mooring. No element must create interference with the rotation of the engine, with people sitting or opening the compartments.

Charges and passenger distribution
