On the Capelli CAP 25 WA the verification sequence must recognize that some equipment often considered habitual are instead optional: electric winch, radio and take from dock. The official source declares 7.35 meters, 2,54 meters of glare, nine people, about 1,800 kg dry and maximum 300 hp outboard. It does not provide consumption or speed, so each judgment must be born from verified components and recorded tests.
Verifying data table
| Control Voice | Official statement |
|---|---|
| Length | 7,35 m |
| Maximum | 2.54 m |
| Persons | 9 |
| Dry weight | about 1.800 kg |
| Maximum power | 300 hp |
| Propulsion | outboard |
| Category CE | C |
| Fuel tank | about 300 l |
| Showers | about 70 l |
| Refrigerator | about 39 l |
The plate and documents of the specimen confirm people, category and limits. The operating weight does not coincide with the dry weight, because it includes propellers, liquids, batteries, equipment and accessories. The skills expressed as “about” should not be exact in the contract without further feedback. This framework establishes the base of the audit before any functional test.
Standard inventory signed
The basic equipment includes bench with gavone, bilge pump, compass, detachment, electric frame, pillows, refrigerator, fuel tank, hydraulic steering, toilet with tank, lights, shower, console, ladder and teak table. Every voice is found and photographed. A separate list collects optionals and added components, with brand, model, serial, manual and installation manager.

Square, batteries and protections
The picture and the detachment are standard, but the page does not indicate capacity, battery number or scheme. Access is opened, circuits and fuses are identified and terminals, passages and fixings are controlled. Users are activated individually. The energy budget requires battery data and absorption measures, not suppositions. The shutdown procedure must clarify which circuits are eventually fed into the real configuration.
Sentry pump
The list is not enough. Position, cleaning, pipe, clamps and exhaust point occur; then the automatic and manual operation is tested following a safe procedure. Access must allow removal and maintenance. After navigation, check the compartment again. Engine noise, effective evacuation and lack of reflux are distinct aspects that should be observed and noted in the minutes.

Fuel of about 300 liters
The tank is standard and declared in about 300 liters. The verification sequence looks for plate, material, vent, vent, indicator, pipes and filters present, without filling the missing data with analogies. Odours, abrasions and ties deserve attention. The autonomy is calculated only with usable volume, measured consumption and reserve. The indicator must also be checked progressively, because a reading at the pier does not demonstrate its calibration.
Outboard motor and installation
The maximum stated is 300 hp. On the single specimen are brand, model, serial, year, weight and propeller. Bolt, mounting height, pipes, cables and trim freedom are controlled on the ground. The maximum limit does not suggest which power to buy and does not certify a speed. The configuration must be chosen for load and use, with available assistance and proof in water related to documented conditions.

Hydraulic steering
The hydraulic system is standard. Cylinder, pump, pipes, fittings and fluid are inspected, looking for leaks, games or rubbing. The steering wheel is carried from one line to another with the engine in the planned positions, observing regularity and interference. After the test the control is repeated. Every maintenance follows the installed product; the only definition “hydraulic” does not replace the brand, specification, schema and periodic verifications.
Compass and navigation lights
Both are basic equipment. The compass is controlled by readability and interference created by tools or additional speakers. The lights are switched on one by one and verified for fixing and visibility, without declaring their conformity only because they light up. The console should be examined as a whole: moving radio, display or cabling can change accessibility and magnetic environment. The following changes must therefore be recorded.

Radio: optional to be identified
The radio is in the optional list. If installed, units, antennas, speakers, protection and controls must appear in the separate. Power is tested, cabling and passages are observed and there is no picture or compass layout. Connectivity functions belong to the product mounted and not to the CAP 25 WA in general. Manuals and serials are delivered along with other equipment.
Electric gate optional
Even the winch is not standard. The test identifies model, command, protection, fixings, chain or top and manual system. The bow area must remain free when the standard cushions are mounted or removed. They control the drainage of the gavone and disposition of the line, avoiding accumulations. The photograph of an equipped specimen does not prove that the accessory is included in another offer.

Refrigerator from about 39 liters
The refrigerator is standard, with capacity indicated in about 39 liters. The test must last long enough to evaluate cooling, closing and ventilation, annotating tension and absorption when available. The energy balance depends on the actual batteries and the external temperature. There is also the opening with sitting people and access for maintenance. A nominal capacity does not indicate how many hours the user can work without charging.
Shower and water tank
The standard shower is associated with about 70 liters. Reservoir, vent, vent, pump, tubes and delivery point are identified. Filling and pressure allows you to search for spontaneous losses or alerts. The drainage of the area is observed. Before remittance you need to know emptying and cleaning. Nominal volume and really usable quantities remain distinct until they are documented on the unit.

Marine Toilets and Tank
The toilet with tank is standard. The control involves doors, ventilation, lighting, effective control, pipes, valves, vents and accesses. The second manual operation is tested and cleaning and emptying procedures are explained. An electrical or manual system should not be attributed if the source does not specify it. On the new we compare the distinct; on the used we look for losses, smells and maintenance documents.
220 V dock
The dock connection is optional. If present, you need schema, protection, identified cable and evidence from competent personnel. Connection, grip and components must be accessible and protected. No 220 V users must be given for granted only by the presence of the socket; the inventory specifies what is fed. Testing records protection interventions and delivery instructions for safe connection and disconnection.

Beams and covers
Bimini, bench and console and storage cover are optional. They are mounted to control connections, tension, drainage and interference with visuals or passages. It occurs where they are stored and if the plants remain accessible. After the exit, vibrations and loosening are observed. Each sheet must be numbered in the minutes, because the generic formula “covers” does not allow to understand what was delivered.
Cockpit Flexiteek
The coating is optional and must be defined by area. Edges, joints, adhesion and drainage are inspected before delivery. Technical panels must be open without damaging the material. Cleaning products follow the instructions of the actual coating manufacturer. Initial photos and periodic controls help to recognize lifts or wear, without confuse an aesthetic finish with structural protection.
Ski pole and poppiero sunbed
Both are optional. The pole requires basic verification, counterflanges, locks and declared compatibility; the presence is not enough to establish towing capacity. The sunbed kit is mounted by controlling supports, stability, weight of the panels and storing. In each configuration you need to remain available ladder, passage and security devices. After the first exits the fixtures must be checked and the result entered in the register.
Test in water with condition card
Before leaving there are engine, propeller, people, fuel, water, accessories, wind and sea. Starting, alarms, government, trim, visuals and vibrations are controlled together with the utilities. On the return, they reopened Sentry and technical rooms. Speed and consumption, if measured, must bring back instrument and regime and remain proper to the specimen. The official page does not provide values to be used as a target.
Delivery and maintenance
The minutes bring together documents, plates, serials, keys, motor, propeller, picture, batteries, steering, lights, compass, bilge, fuel, water, toilet, refrigerator, table, ladder, pillows and optional. Each anomaly receives photography and correction period. The next plan coordinates requirements of individual components, recording dates, hours and spare parts. After remittance we repeat the essential controls before and after the first launch.
Charges and accessibility with nine people
The maximum stated number does not guarantee that each combination of accessories leaves the same ergonomics. During testing people and equipment are distributed in the planned positions, controlling visuals, passers-by, access to the bilge, opening the refrigerator and use of the ladder. Fuel and water are noted with luggage. Heavy objects are fixed in the toilets and individual equipment remains accessible. Repeating some maneuvers with table, bimini and sunbathing installed makes visible interference that at blank blanket do not emerge. The minutes must describe the proven setup, because a result obtained with two people and almost empty tanks does not automatically represent the full load configuration.
Control after each change
Radio, winch, dock, Flexiteek or ski pole installed later require a dedicated audit. Updating diagram and inventory, photographing steps and fixings and performing a functional testing. After the first exits we seek loosening, overheating, losses, rubbing and stagnations. Manual, warranty and invoice must be connected to the component. This register prevents an undocumented accessory to be considered standard of the model and allows the future technician to understand who modified the circuit or blanket. Any intervention must preserve existing access and protection, not only produce immediate operation.
Configure without losing accessibility
The CAP 25 WA already offers important services in the standard, while optionals can add shadow, electric anchor, audio and dock network. Each addition carries mass, cables, fixings and maintenance. The most consistent configuration leaves room in the gavones, keeps passages and allows to reach the bilge, batteries and pipes. A clear distinction and repeatable tests are more reliable indicators than the amount of accessories.
