The Fountaine Pajot FPY 120 requires a superyacht configuration: 35.5 meters, 490 GT, up to twelve guests and eight crew members. The site proposes a reference architecture to be developed through co-creation, while the board publishes essential values for propulsion, tanks and autonomy. Free the program before the layout
The first activity is not to draw cabins, but to describe the use: duration of stays, number of guests, composition of the crew, activities, tenders, supplies and bases. This programme becomes the criterion with which to evaluate each distribution proposal.
People, movements, boots and loads are noted for each scenario. Co-creation remains so linked to verifiable needs. A change that adds a function must state what changes in paths and plants.
Four levels and continuous perspective
The project develops on four levels a continuous perspective towards the bow. Belvedere, panoramic lounge, outdoor areas and beach clubs are part of a unique sequence. Vertical connections, communications and accesses must work both for guests and for service.
The verification sequence examines stairs, doors, lighting, protections and stop points. The transfer between bridges with the furnished set is proof, because a free path on the table can change after the installation of the furniture elements.
Twelve guests: real places and services
The maximum declared capacity is twelve guests. The comparator indicates configurations from four cabins, eight beds and four bathrooms; the actual numbers must be those of the contractual table and the applicable documentation.
The cabin matrix assigns to each bed a bathroom, a storage, a path and its utilities. No data of different versions are mixed. Each change simultaneously updates design, separate and budget of the plants.

Eight crew members
The programme includes up to eight crew members. At this scale, accommodation and service routes are part of the operation. The configuration must support shifts, preparation of meals, cleaning, mooring, maintenance and assistance to guests without depending on improvised steps.
The test follows a typical day and identifies intersections with private areas. Commander's cabin, crew seats and bathrooms must be confirmed in the ordered version; the general page does not provide a complete unique layout.
Shipowner's suite of about 77 square meters
The main description allocates to the whole glare suite 829 square feet, about 77 square meters, with direct opening to the sea. The check sequence checks access, bed, bathroom, wardrobe, integrated furnishings, obscuring and technical panels.
Customization is fixed with samples, codes and application areas. Tailored furniture must maintain maintenance and steps. Before acceptance, we compare the environment with the approved revision, not with indicative images.
Panoramic exhibition from about 102 square meters
The main hall is declared in 1,098 square feet, about 102 square meters. Visual continuity outside requires parallel control of windows, doors, obscuring, air conditioning, lighting and acoustics, without assigning unpublished performance.
During testing all openings are activated and there are still, seals and signals. The furnishings are in use positions and maintenance access remains accessible. Each anomaly receives reference and closing criterion.

Poppiero pit from about 143 square meters
The well measures 1,539 square feet, about 143 square meters. The configuration must distinguish reception, table, service, passage and connection to the beach club. Mobile tables and seats have defined safety positions.
The verification sequence includes drainage, lighting, protections, closures and accesses. The passage of the crew is proved during the convivial use, avoiding the surface being saturated by incompatible functions.
Beach club of about 72 square meters
The beach club is declared in 775 square feet, about 72 square meters. Tender and recreational equipment must be selected with dimensions, masses and sequences of handling. A free volume does not guarantee compatibility alone.
The test covers opening, predisposition, varo, recovery, rinse and fixing. Technical components and service routes are free. The inventory delivered must correspond to what has actually been tried.
Standard motorization
The base includes two 1.300 cv engines, also reported as 1.318 hp. Trademark, model and transmission are not specified on the general page and must appear in the separate exemplar along with commands, gearboxes and auxiliary systems.
Serial, manual, filter, cooling, unloading, indications and alarms. The evidence records load and conditions. No speed or consumption value is introduced without a documented measure.

Optional motorization
The alternative goes up to two engines of 2,000 cv, equivalent in the board at 2.028 hp each. The decision changes equipment configuration and maintenance; it should not be treated as a simple list line.
Comparison with the standard solution must use homogeneous tests and include technical support in the planned areas. The power alone does not allow to calculate speed, consumption or autonomy. Any quantitative promise must be linked to declared conditions.
Fourteen thousand liters of diesel
The nominal capacity is 14,000 liters. The configuration identifies tanks, usable quantities, reserve, vents, vents, valves, filters, transfers and sensors. The diagrams must match the components present.
During acceptance, indications and procedures occur within the limits of the protocol. The navigation plan adopts measured consumption and shipowning margins. The nominal capacity is not automatically available for the route.
Autonomy up to 3,000 miles
Fountaine Pajot declares up to 3,000 nautical miles on an economic cruise. The formula requires the reference conditions: motor configuration, speed, load, sea, reserve and method. This information must be requested and stored in the dossier.
The verification sequence does not transform the maximum declared into a universal guarantee. After delivery, the operating data of the specimen feed an updated internal curve, used together with the procedures of the crew.

Four thousand liters of fresh water
The nominal tank contains 4,000 liters. Configuring the system requires consumption profile, production, treatment, hot water and utilities. The page describes autonomous water systems but does not publish flow rates or models.
Reconciliation of tanks, pumps, filters, valves, sensors and points of use. Each circuit is tested and accesses remain free. Maintenance and sanitization follow the instructions of the components actually installed.
Energy: specifications to be obtained
The manufacturer speaks of energy generation and intelligent resource management, without providing power, tension or capacity on the page. It is not correct to complete the picture with values of other models. The capitulate of unity must describe the real architecture.
The electric matrix lists sources, accumulation, conversion, protections, distribution and monitoring. Each load has priority and conditions of use. Integrated tests verify scenarios, transitions and alarms according to authorized procedures.
Budget of hotel loads
Hosting twelve people with eight crew members requires a budget of the loads built on the program. Kitchen, air conditioning, lighting, multimedia, services and equipment should not be considered only one at a time.
The document distinguishes essential, intermittent and deferable utilities, indicates simultaneity and margins and is updated to each variant. During testing, recognizable scenarios are reproduced, recording flows and reports without inventing performance.

Co-creation with traced revisions
A program manager and design partners guide co-creation. For the shipowner, each request must generate a card with consequences on weight, plants, cost, calendar and maintenance. The approval clearly indicates the revision replaced.
Production works only on the current process. Samples and mock-ups are identified, photographed and connected to environments. This control prevents aesthetic choices taken at different times to create invisible incompatibilities until delivery.
Serials, manuals and training
The document verification sequence reconciles each main apparatus with brand, model, serial, certificate and manual. Final schemes must represent what is installed. Generic files or related to a different variant do not close the requirement.
The training includes normal operation, directions, alarms and intervention limits of the crew. The delivery records participants, topics and documents delivered. Specialist activities remain entrusted to qualified personnel.

Logistics, base and service
The configuration does not end on board. With 14.8 meters of berth and 2.45 meters of fishing, base, support yards and routes must be verified before delivery. The plan identifies place boat, useful width, bottoms, access to fuel, water availability and capacity of means of lifting. Each confirmation must refer to the exemplary quotas, including any parts that change the operating dimensions.
Assistance is mapped for motors, generators, electrical, water, air conditioning and navigation equipment actually ordered. Contacts, critical exchanges and limits of local intervention are recorded. The choice of a component does not only depend on the technical sheet: it must be sustainable along the cruise program. This verification reduces the risk that a sophisticated system remains unavailable for lack of skills or compatible materials.
Integrated tests and anomaly list
After testing the individual systems, integrated tests are carried out: propulsion, energy, water, air conditioning, kitchen, lighting, communications and external functions. Each result shows conditions and acceptance criteria.
Anomaly enters a list with responsibility and expiry. The correction is closed only after counterprove. Photos and minutes remain in the private dossier, linked to the revision of relevant designs and serials.
