The Highfield Patrol 540 Coaster is a 5.45-metre RIB configured by the manufacturer as a ready-to-use family package. The technical management, however, begins before the launch: it is necessary to transform a commercial and preventive page into a separate exemplar, separating standard equipment, options and components installed by the dealer. The platform declares 105 liters of fuel, an outboard up to 115 hp and a mass of 488 kilograms including consoles and seat. These values set the test, but do not describe by themselves engine, batteries, electronics or performance.
First check: identify the Coaster configuration
The model shares the main measurements of the Patrol 540, while the suffix Coaster defines a family-friendly layout. Order, invoice, tag and manual must use a consistent name. Pictures and layouts help to recognize the layout, but do not replace the list of components. Delivery starts by comparing seats, consoles, cushions, covers and optionals really mounted with the quote. Each difference is written in the minutes before accepting the boat.
External encumbrance and operational space
The outer length is 5.45 meters and the inner one 3.67; the width passes from 2.51 meters out to 1,32 in. Tubolari: six rooms to verbalize
The declared diameter is 52 cm and the rooms are six. The current equipment of the Coaster indicates Mehler PVC and welded joints. Material and color are noted, then uniform pressure, wire valves, joints, studs and friction points are checked. A pressure change can also depend on temperature, so the comparison requires noted conditions. Pump, remi and repair kit are listed among the standards and must be present, intact and compatible with the delivered material.

The 488 kilograms published include console and sitting, but do not represent the ready boat. The spreadsheet must add engine, fuel, battery, electronics, security, tops, anchors and personal items. Bridge, steering and driving position
