Highfield Patrol 700 requires a precise configuration because the same platform can change propulsion, console, seats and equipment. The declared measurements are 6.99 for 2,81 meters; the integrated tank contains 285 liters and the aluminum hull has a 26-degree deadrise. The drive limit is 250 hp with a single outboard or two units of 150 hp. Tubes, electric packages and self draining bridge are part of the base, while T-top, bottle holder and blanket washing are optional. The following verification sequence distinguishes each element and concentrates the delivery on verifiable documents, accesses and evidence.
Open your order with a mission card
Before selecting the engine it is necessary to indicate habitual people, equipment, duration of the outputs, need to work on aft and expected conditions. A Patrol 700 for diving does not use the blanket as a photographic medium or a private inflatable. The mission card defines protected places, free surfaces, storing and routes. On this base you choose consoles, jockey or bolster seats and benches. Without a written requirement, individually useful accessories can produce interference and a weight distributed badly.

Freeze the layout on the general drawing
The inner length is 5.23 meters and the useful width 1,67 meters. Each seat, cabinet and structure must appear on the approved design with distances and openings. The check sequence measures side steps, space in front of the controls, reachability of the tientibene and possibility to move with the boarded material. It simulates the opening of the compartments without removing unforeseen components. Also the prodier area, equipped with large gavone and standard cushion, must maintain access to the mooring and a safe surface.
Single-motor configuration up to 250 hp
The single motor can reach 250 hp, it must use XL stem and not exceed the declared weight of 300 kilograms. The capitulate identifies model, version, propeller, controls, tools and authorized assembly fee. During delivery you control fixations, steering freedom, inclination, emergency stop and alarms. The power limit does not guarantee a speed or prescribes the maximum choice. The test records load, conditions and parameters of the specimen, without importing results from boats with different engine or layout.
Bimotor configuration up to 2 × 150 hp
The double solution admits two outboards of 150 hp with L stem. Compared to the single they change mass aft, bulk, maintenance, power supply and commands. The verification sequence identifies each circuit and test steering and simultaneous inclination without contacts. You control access to fixes, filters, wiring and the possibility to isolate a component according to the installed scheme. A couple can offer a different operating management, but adds complexity; the decision must be documented through mission and compatibility, not motivated only by total power.

Actual driving posts and tools
Flyer, dashboard in carbon finish and electric package for consoles are standard. Displays, radios and sensors are not universally specified. The device must indicate each device, position, protection and connection. Seated and standing driver must store visuals and achieve gas control, stop and switches. The complete steering test, games, return of commands and readability. Behind the bridge, cabling and fuses must be ordered, supported and accessible without having to remove permanent structures.
Seat jockey, bolster and cushioned version
The manufacturer offers more combinations of consoles and seats; the cushioned seat is a specific option. For each place the check sequence records fixing, foot support, tientibene and distance from the previous place. Jockey files can protect individually but occupy length; Bolsters can free other surface. The test should be done with realistic clothing and material. No session must prevent the opening of a gavone, hide an inspection point or create a dangerous edge along the usual path.
Rear bench and motor access
The large stern bench increases the seats and the hold, but must live with the single motor or with the torque. You control hinges, closures, drainage and distance from the bays in all positions. If the mission requires an open area, the layout must include fixings for the material and protection of passengers. The check sequence checks the path from the blanket to the ladder and technical access to the mirror. A useful stern remains such only if it does not force to move equipment for each control.

Fuel: 285 liters and no presumed autonomy
The 285 litre undercover tank is standard. In the preconsignment you can identify vents, vents, pipes, filters and inspection points. The full affects the mass and the setup, so the record shows how much landed during the test. The autonomy is determined only after measures on the real configuration, recording engines, propellers, regime, sea and load. The capacity alone does not authorize theoretical miles. A reserve consistent with the route must be kept separate from the observed consumption.
Electrical system: ask for schematics and protections
They are standard an electric package for the boat and one for the console, but batteries and final utilities depend on the setup. Delivery must include updated schematic, detachment position and protections, cable identification and main absorption. Each circuit is tested individually and in combination. Voltage falls, alarms and possible overheating are observed. Undercover passages must be protected from water and abrasion, maintaining accessible connections and fuses for diagnosis and maintenance.

Calculate the ready mass to the varo
The 975 kilograms published cover boat, console and standard seats. Drive, fuel, batteries, instruments, structures and equipment are added. The maximum load of 1.280 kilograms includes people and materials but excludes engines, fuel and water. The verification sequence collects the documented weights and the position of the permanent elements; the real total is used for transport and lifting. The standard lifting points must be used according to the scheme associated with the variant, without deducting flow rates or angles from photographs.

Check category and capacity on single unit
The card shows ten people in category B and sixteen in C, while the field of the category reports C. This combination requires confirmation of the tag and documents of the specimen. The delivery report records category, maximum number and load allowed without mixing different rows. The capacity does not coincide with protected sessions or with an ordinary use. Distribution of persons, materials and conditions must remain compatible with the configuration chosen and with the responsibilities of the commander.
Tubes and valves: identifying the material
The Patrol 700 is declared with tubes ORCA Hypalon or PVC, six rooms and diameter of 54 cm. Welded joints are provided for PVC. In delivery the real material is annotated and joints, wire valves, lock and reinforced areas are inspected. Each room is controlled according to pressure and procedure indicated in the manual of the boat; no universal value is applied not present in the board. Standard pumps and repair kits are invented and explained to the user.
Self draining bridge, gavones and ladder
Self draining bridge, anti-slip and stern scale are standard. The test tests free discharges, the closure of the gavones and the absence of stagnations in the foreseen conditions, without improvising amounts of water incompatible with the system. The storage material must not block drainage or technical access. The ladder is open and closed by controlling grips, interference with engines and ski lift path. Bearing and bow gavones must leave available points dedicated to mooring and towing.

T-top and roll bar are structures, not decorations
Roll bar with ladder and T-top appear among the optional. If ordered, they must have materials, fixings, wiring and total height shown in separate. The check sequence controls locks, edges, cable passages and possible interference during transport or remittance. No unidentified lights or appliances are attributed. After the first period of use, a control of the fixings is planned according to the applicable indications, because a superior structure influences loads and maintenance even when its main function is to offer support or coverage.
Bottle holder and blanket washing
Bottle holder and blanket washing are distinct optional. The first requires number, size, mass and defined deduction systems; the second adds pump, socket, pipes and electrical absorption. In delivery we try fixing the material without leaving free cylinders and it happens that the path to the ladder remains feasible. The washing is operated by controlling the flow, losses and protection of the circuit. Both must fall into the weight balance and the maintenance scheme.

Standard equipment to invent
The declared base includes tubular, prodier cushion, valves, treated hull, integrated supports, self draining bridge, steering wheel, tank, lifting and towing points, anti-slip, dashboard, electric packages, ladder, bag, pump, remi and repair kit. Every voice must be found physically. Engines, batteries, electronics and security remain separated when not explicitly included. The signed inventory prevents components installed by the host from being confused with the model standard.

Document testing and closing
Water testing records engines, propellers, fuel, people, material and conditions. Start-up, alarms, steering, command response, visual, seat stability and drainage. There is no universal speed in the board to transfer to each boat. The delivery closes with tag, freshmen, manuals, schematic, distinct, weights and consistent verbal. The owner receives instructions on tubular, fuel, batteries, lifting and maintenance: the Patrol 700 becomes a documented configuration, not a set of options.
