Measure the real AC load

The hair dryer, compressor or tool is measured during startup and with suitable tools. The plate power does not always include peak, power factor or heating mode. Try the load alone, then with other authorized utilities. If the arrest appears only in combination, the problem can be contemporary and not faulty. You do not use a multiset to add loads during diagnosis. The goal is to know current, duration of point and stability, not to force the device until the operation.

Record voltage to the poles

A resting value may seem normal and collapse during the point. It is measured directly to the battery poles while the load is applied, respecting safety and tools. The fall is compared to the inverter terminals. If the poles remain stable but the inverter sees low voltage, the DC branch is suspicious. If both collapse, bank status, capacity, BMS and required current occur. The measure must have sufficient time resolution to capture the event, not only a later reading.

Measure positive and negative separately

The overall loss is divided by measuring the fall on the positive and negative return under current. In this way it is localized dissecters, bars, fuses, capicorda or resistive joints. An old bench can quickly reach the charge voltage and yield to the point. Parallel batteries require control of the branches, because a disconnected unit reduces the capacity without making evident the failure. Substitution is decided on measures, not only on age.

The configurable thresholds must protect counter and inverter without triggering for the sole fall of cabling. You compare set values, voltage to the poles, tension to the clamps and stop message. The reboot is checked to avoid rapid cycles: removed the load, the voltage can rise and restart the unit, which falls immediately. Do not lower the threshold to make the hair dryer work. Try a known load
