Configuring the Quarken 35 Sport Tourer means coordinating engines, plants, transformable blanket and undercover services before each option becomes an isolated addition. The boat measures 10,68 meters without the outboard, has a bay of 3,48 meters and is born around two Yamaha F300. The manufacturer also proposes the pair of F350, but the correct choice depends on the real load and the program, not only the power value.
The basic configuration to be set on the contract
The starting point is a precise distinction of what is standard on the individual unit. The current board indicates T-top in fiberglass with windscreen and skylight, straight passers, wet bar, refrigerator, convertible poppiero sunbathing, manual terraces, prodier cabin and separate toilet. Some packages and accessories may vary over time: each item must then appear in the order with code, quantity and installation conditions.
The classification is presented as C / B. It must be confirmed which category applies to the ordered configuration, along with the maximum number of people and any load limits. The commercial value of ten passengers does not replace the documentation of the delivered unit.

Two F300 or two F350
The pair of Yamaha F300 is the standard motorization. Includes digital electric steering, electronic control, 5 inch LAN display, keyless system and Yamaha electronic protection. F350s are presented between configuration possibilities. The difference must be assessed on the whole system: weight on the mirror, propellers, consumption, maintenance intervals, insurance cover and response with loaded boat.
The estimated maximum speed of up to 44 knots does not define the best installation alone. During the test it is necessary to record regime, speed, trim, load, wind and state of the sea. Without these elements the number is not comparable. Even the ease of manoeuvre at low speed deserves more attention than the maximum tip if the boat will frequent narrow ports.

Bridge, display and field of view
The double riding seat is electrically adjustable. The dashboard can accommodate two 12-inch Garmin displays and Yamaha support systems, according to the configuration you choose. Before approving the layout you must simulate the position of the driver sitting and standing: windscreen, T-top mounts, tools and people should not create blind areas.
The test includes control backlight, automatic brightness, readability with polarized glasses, sound alarms, engine pages and sensor integration. All important screens must be available without an excessive sequence of touches. The charging of the phone, if ordered, should be tested with the device actually used.

Steering, trim and maneuver
The declared equipment includes Yamaha DES and steer-by-wire, bow thruster with dedicated battery and ZipWake system for automatic assembly control. Each subsystem must be checked separately and then integratedly. The rudder should not appear games, intermittent messages or abnormal response differences between the two engines.
For ZipWake you have to check initialization, position indication and return to a neutral setting. The bow thruster must be tested with measured voltage and main engines under the conditions provided by the manual. If you order a Helm Master package with autopilot, the test must include calibration, sensors and functions effectively enabled.
Fuel: capacity and controls
The aluminium tank is declared by 700 liters. The technical page does not provide a complete curve of consumption, so the capacity must not be transformed into a theoretical autonomy devoid of reconversion. After the first exits it is useful to build a own table, based on consumed liters, engine hours, speed and conditions.
In delivery they control vent, vent, seal, indicator and accessibility to connections. The supply must take place without reflux or persistent smells. A first practical calibration of the indicator, carried out with known quantities, helps to understand how much fuel really remains in the different readings.

Electric system and four batteries
The manufacturer declares four batteries: two dedicated to engines and two to services. The bow thruster has its own battery. This architecture requires an up-to-date scheme with capacity, type of accumulators, protections, drives and charging logic. The labelling must correspond to the scheme and be readable even in the less accessible rooms.
The electric test starts at rest, continues with the main loads inserted and ends with the motors in motion. Voltage, charging current and falls on the most demanding circuits are measured. Refrigerator, lights, pumps, tools and accessories should not compromise the start. Each electrical option must have a documented absorption and a properly dimensioned protection.
Path, drains and pumps
Two electric bilge pumps and a manual are declared. The cockpit is self-empting with quick discharge to the stern, while also the stem of the anchor is drained. In delivery it is not enough to hear the noise of the pumps: the aspiration with water, the operation of the automatic switches and the release free from the discharges.
The terraces, the underfloor gavone and the underside compartment add surfaces where the water can collect. All channels must be visible and clear. After washing it is useful to wait and check if they appear stagnations or infiltrations in closed volumes.

Fresh water and wet bar
The 120 liters of fresh water feed wet bar and services. The outside kitchen block includes sink and containment; refrigerator and folding table complete the area. The control must include pump, pressure switch, taps, drains and absence of leaks in hidden connections. The tank must be filled at least in part before testing.
Electric or diesel stoves and other equipment are among the possibilities of fitting. If ordered, change electrical load, ventilation and use procedures. It is essential to distinguish clearly the standard wet bar from the added elements, especially when a commercial package shortens heterogeneous features.
Local toilets, black water and shower
The separate room includes electric toilet, shower, bidet, washbasin furniture and mirror. The black water tank is 120 liters. Before delivery, the toilet, indicator, valves, clamps, vents and access options for maintenance occur. Each circuit must be identified without ambiguity.
The shower should be tested by checking the flow, drain and drying of the compartment. The capacity of the tank does not eliminate the need for careful management: with more people, 120 liters of fresh water can decrease rapidly. A simple procedure for loading, unloading and rinsing avoids much of the subsequent problems.

Prodiera cabin and beds
The standard configuration declares a double bed and a convertible sofa for an additional seat. Openable door, USB-C reading lights, diffuse lighting and table complete the environment. The transformation must be done during testing: cushions, supports and furniture parts must find a safe place both day and night.
The passage to the local toilet must remain practicable with the prepared bed. Controlled ventilation, obscuring, door closure, sockets and access to the rooms. The cockpit package available for the range 35 is a distinct item: if it interests, it is necessary to verify compatibility, access, ventilation, added mass and number of beds in the documents.
T-top and deck equipment
The T-top in fiberglass incorporates skylight and curtain, while the windscreen protects the dashboard. The boat remains open sideways. In the test, sealing, draining, fixing, noise and tendon operation are checked. Any lights, bars or supports installed on the roof must have standing cable passes and dedicated protections.
Straight passers, six bits, battalions and anchor gavones must be examined with tops and parabordes on board. It is not enough to check the blank cover: the real configuration includes objects that can limit cladding, openings and paths.

Terraces and furniture
The side terraces open manually. The poppiero sunbed employs a tiltable backrest and offers underlying booting; in the bow there is a second sun-divano. For each element you have to check arrests, hinges, supports, drainage and handling procedure. The terraces must be closed and blocked before sailing according to the instructions.
The folding table, cushions and sports equipment require a storage plan. Each element must remain firm in acceleration and leave technical access free. A transformable boat only works well when the switch from one configuration to another is quick and repeatable.
test verification in water
The test starts with levels, propellers, load and recorded conditions. They control cold start, synchronization, triggers, steering, progressive response and visibility. At different stages there are regime, speed, thirst and consumption shown by the instruments, without turning a single output into a universal promise.
The maneuvers include back gear, stop, narrow turns and use of the bow thruster. Vibrations of the T-top and furnishings are heard, sprays and stability of objects are controlled. On the return side, engine compartments, connections, drains and levels are inspected: many anomalies emerge only after the boat worked.

documental verification sequence and initial maintenance
Delivery must include declaration of conformity, manuals, hulls and engines, optional list, electrical and hydraulic schemes, battery certificates and maintenance plan. Software version and tool configuration should be noted. Electronic keys and safety devices must be delivered and tested.
The first deadlines include engines, propellers, fixings, filters, batteries, pumps and terrace organs. A register with hours, interventions and anomalies makes it easier to distinguish wear, installation and use. For a boat full of transformable parts it is useful to add photographs of the ordered rooms at the time of delivery.
Recommended setup by program
Daily outputs include sunscreen, refrigerator, storage and simplicity. For frequent transfers become electronic priority, maneuver systems and protection from bad weather. For overnight stays they buy weight electrical capacity, water management, obscuring and cabin quality. There is no universally correct package.
The Quarken 35 Sport Tourer offers a complete base, but asks for discipline in choosing the options. Before signing it is best to transform your program into a matrix of loads, people, miles, nights and ports. Engines and accessories are selected after this analysis; testing checks that the delivered boat really matches the agreed configuration.
