The Sunseeker Predator 75 is a sports yacht of 23.06 meters that declares up to 40 knots with total MAN motorization up to 3.800 PS. The bay is 5.38 meters, full-load fishing with appendix reaches 1,87 meters and the displacement indicated is 46.900 kg. The configuration can include three cabins or an optional fourth cabin, with capacity up to eight guests and two crews.
This reading is not a test at sea. Performance and autonomy are declared values for defined conditions and must be reconstructed on the specimen. The NauticMag method starts from the systems: identity of components, electricity network and data, tanks, accessibility, degraded mode and test minutes. Speed only makes sense if plants and structures keep margin.

Identity of the specimen before each test
Number of hulls, year, engines, inverters, propellers, generators and electronics must correspond to documents. We record freshmen, hours, software versions, jobs and technical campaigns. The commercial wording “Predator 75” does not define the configuration alone. Also a variant of cabin, a different pair of motors or a heavy accessory changes the conditions with which to interpret consumption and trim.

Carena and check the setup
The 40 declared knots require precise geometry and weight distribution. The check sequence records a running angle, transition in planata, corrections and response in the course. A continuous use of flap or trim can indicate unbalanced load, dirty hull, uncorrected propellers or a different set-up from the reference configuration. Each observation must be associated with speed and status of the sea.
MAN V12 from 1.550 or 1.900 PS
The presentation of the model combines the maximum power to two MAN V12 from 1,900 PS, with an alternative from 1.550 PS. The test starts from the plates and continues with supports, cooling, drains, feeding and diagnostics. The contract must also bring invertitors, reports and propellers. Two different powers require different acceptance curves and should not only be compared with speed.
Axis lines: alignment and seals
From the inverter to the shovel are controlled joints, axes, seals, supports, easels, bushings and propellers. Static alignment is completed by under load measures, because the structure and temperatures change behavior. After the test you are looking for drawings and hot points. Different vibrations between straight and left deserve a diagnosis before attributing them generically to speed.
Forty knots with a repeatable protocol
The maximum is measured with reciprocal past and stabilized engines, annotating turns, speed, consumption, load, temperatures, pressures and corrections. It is equally important to build the curve to frequently used regimes. It is checked that both engines reach the expected parameters without waste. After the return, oils, bilge, supports and engine compartment are re-examined hotly.

Two declared autonomous, two schemes
Current documentation indicates up to 700 nautical miles to 10 knots; a range brochure also shows 330 miles to 21 knots. They are not interchangeable data, because they describe different regimes. A table with usable fuel, reserve, generator consumption and conditions is built on the specimen. Planning must take the most prudent value consistent with the real route.
Four thousand eight hundred liters to calibrate
Tanks, vents, vents, returns, valves and indicators are physically followed. The quantity is compared with the variation read at several levels. Filters and separators must be replaced without deposits and with secure access. The nominal volume should be reduced by bottom, trim and reserve; the available percentage is not deducted from an un calibrated hand.
Poppa and masses at the end
Platform, sunbathing and large underlying compartment offer space for equipment, but each added mass influence immersion and trim. Tender, catwalk, water games and batteries must appear in the separate. They are believed to be drains, movements and access to plants. The storage is correct when the object remains in the navigation and does not block essential components.

The zenith view highlights lateral steps, bow sunbathing, cockpit and connections. The verification sequence runs through the entire boat with wet surfaces, checking handrails, obstacles, steps and lighting. Bitte and cable cars try with tops of the section. Bearings and tables must have a defined navigation position, not entrusted to improvised solutions.
Shoe and colors: surface control
The model is also proposed with different gray shades. The chosen finish must be examined in bright light for uniformity, shooting and motion signs. Colour and surface temperature can influence the perception of defects, but do not change the method: thicknesses, seals, joints and repairs are documented. The livery should not hide a discontinuity.

Door and window
The connection between cockpit and salon uses a sliding door and a window that descends under the seat. The open effect is remarkable, but it adds actuators, guides, end race, drains and seals. Multiple boat cycles stop and after navigation, controlling alignment and manual shutdown. The system must be safe in case of failure.
Carbon expandable roof
The large sunroof above the dash is described with polished carbon fiber structure. The test includes sliding, sealing, draining, sensors, noise and emergency procedure. Reflections and irradiation are observed on the rudder. A wide opening improves light and ventilation, but must remain manageable when rain, salts or a loss of power interrupt automatism.

High speed bridge and ergonomics
Display, motor controls, autopilot, radar, VHF and alarms must be readable without diverting the look. There is a visual with people sitting and roofing in different positions. The verification sequence simulates the loss of a screen and a data source, controlling what remains operational. An elegant interface is not redundant if all services depend on the same power supply.
Data network and software configurations
Network topology should be delivered along with versions and backups. Terminations, gateways, sensors and power supplies are identified. Updates run with a procedure and a copy of the previous configurations. Essential engines, pumps and alarms must work locally without depending on the internet. Remote credentials and accesses pass to the shipowner at the time of delivery.
Lower kitchen under load
The kitchen on the lower deck concentrates plates, oven, refrigerators, water, drains and ventilation. Multiple utilities are activated together, recording absorptions and tensions. Doors and drawers must remain closed with accelerations and rolls; valves and filters must be reached without emptying any storage. Heat and smell must not compromise cabins and escape route.

Electric balance for four scenarios
There are sailing, shaving, night and peak of cuisine. Alternators, batteries, chargers, inverters, generator and dock are measured in each scenario. A controlled blackout test shows stop sequence and repair. Essential utilities must have priority and selective protection; two luminaires connected to the same framework are not true redundancy.
Cockpit and salon as unique environment
When door and window are open, cockpit and interior become continuous. The verification considers drainage, ventilation, air conditioning and safety of mobile objects. The adjustable carbon table and the U seat must be blocked in the planned positions. The threshold remains a technical point: water and dirt should not reach guides, cablings or interior finishes.

Three cabins or optional fourth
The choice changes boots, ventilation, plants and circulation on the lower deck. The version must appear in the contract, drawings and evacuation plan. Each bunk is tested with occupant, lighting and sockets in use. Panels and mattresses are raised to inspect condensates, fixes and technical steps. Nominal capacity does not replace the measured viability.
Shipowner's cabin with all glare
The cabin has furniture and storages that can transmit vibrations. The acoustic map is performed on multiple systems, with separate air conditioning and generator. Doors and position of the instrument are noted. Oblay, obscurements, ventilation and access behind the paneling complete control. Side beats or differences deserve an analysis of the propulsive chain.

Guest cabins and services
The three guest suites in the standard configuration have dedicated service, while a day head access is provided by the lower corridor. Pumps, toilets, showers, ventilation and drains are simultaneously tested. They control reflux, odours and emptying times. In a configuration with eight guests, water pressure and waste capacity must be evaluated with realistic use.

1800 liters of fresh water
Autoclaves, storage, boilers, filters and indicators must support kitchen and services without excessive falls. The test opens multiple taps, records pressure and recovery times, then controls leaks. A possible dissalator requires prefilters, washing and conservation. Access to replace a component must remain possible even with a galley and luggage on board.
Two hundred liters of waste
The tank needs calibrated sensor, free vent and clearly identified valves. The check sequence checks filling, alarm, suction and exhaust procedure in accordance with the navigation area. Poultry tubes can retain material and generate odours. Every intervention must be performed without contaminating housing or electrical components.
Air conditioning and large glass surfaces
Vetrates, windscreen and openable roof increase solar load. It measures the temperature in the living room and cabins with full occupancy, active kitchen and sun. Doors, shots, filters, water pumps and condensate drains are controlled. The nominal capacity is insufficient as a judgement if an environment remains warm or if the condensation reaches furniture and wiring.
Ventilation of local motors
Up to 3,800 PS generate an important thermal load. Intake, vain and discharge temperatures are recorded at full speed and after shutdown. Extractors, ducts and shutters must also comply with the fire strategy. Handles, cabling and control units quickly show a reduced thermal margin. The absence of alarms does not show that ventilation is correct.
Fire and emergency arrests
Detectors, fire extinguishers, fixed system, ventilation shutdown and fuel interception must match the patterns. Please check deadlines, accessibility and reports without downloading the agent. Batteries and paintings have separate isolation procedures. The crew performs the sequence and checks that a command can be reached without entering the local involved.
Path and flooding
Each pump is activated manually and by its own sensor. Effective flow, non-return valves, alarms and discharge paths. Separate areas require their own detection. The test includes the loss of one pump and the possibility to feed another. Labels, schema and physical position must coincide without ambiguity.
Accessories without compromising margin
Stabilization, dissalator, connectivity, catwalk, tender and audiovisual add mass and absorption. Power, cooling, access and insertion are controlled for each option. The correct question is not whether the component can be mounted, but if the boat maintains trim, electrical capacity and maintenance after installation. The predispositions must be verified, not presumed.
Alage and appendix
With clean hull we examine bumps, repairs, moisture, sea grips, timones, axes and supports. Elicans and bushings are measured and photographed. After the launch, seals, cooling and vibrations are checked. Photographic documentation becomes the baseline for the next toll and makes it easier to distinguish wear, recent damage and previous processing.
Final testing and closure of anomalies
Documents, dry inspection, port testing, navigation and post-reentry control converge in one minutes. Each anomalous receives responsibility, expiry and closing test. Motors and performance are accepted only in the configuration actually delivered. Shipowner and crew must personally experience degraded command, blackout, isolation and emergency procedures.
Overall rating
The Predator 75 combines sports profile, axis lines and a strong declared power with configurable interiors. The project is convincing when speed does not hide the complexity of the systems. A well documented specimen must show consistent balances, real access, readable network and repeatable behavior. The 40 knots are the most visible data; the technical margin is the one that protects the purchase.
